About Elaine

Who is Serenity Resonating?

Serenity Resonating brings more than 14 years of experience in behavioral science, coaching, and professional training, with extensive experience building and leading ketamine integration programs. The founder previously built and scaled a ketamine integration program from the ground up, developing its model, establishing clinic partnerships, and leading the teams responsible for patient support. Within two years, the program grew from 0 to serving hundreds of clients annually, and eventually thousands, supported by a network of 100+ coaches. The program continues to operate today. She trained and mentored the coaches working with clinic patients, provided ongoing professional development, and managed the coaching and customer support teams responsible for delivering the program. This gave the company a firsthand understanding of what clinics need from an integration partner: clear processes, strong communication, well-trained support staff, and an approach that complements clinical care. The work is grounded in behavioral science, emotional resilience, leadership development, and deep inner work. Serenity Resonating brings that experience to integration support for patients and to the clinics building a more complete continuum of care around ketamine treatment.

What experience does the team bring?

Bluewater Integration is built on deep, hands-on expertise in ketamine integration and what it takes to improve client outcomes after treatment. Few teams have done this work at our scale. We build structured ketamine integration support programs that have reached thousands of patients. Our extensive network of trained integration coaches works hand in hand with the ketamine clinics we partner with, extending care well beyond the treatment room. Our work includes first responders, veterans, and patients who carry some of the heaviest experiences and deserve support that truly meets them. With more than 14 years experience building programs in behavioral science, coaching, and professional training, we know what clinics need from an integration partner: clear processes, strong communication, well-trained coaches, and an approach that complements clinical care. The result is vibrant patients, thriving clinical teams, and change that lasts.

Who does the practice work with?

We work in two ways: as an integration coaching partner to ketamine clinics, supporting their patients alongside the clinic's own clinical care, and directly with private clients who are going through, have completed, or are considering a clinically supervised process. Every relationship begins with a free, brief consultation so we can understand what is needed before any coaching begins.

Booking

How do I know which service to choose?

If you're a clinic owner, director or authorised representative exploring a partnership, the Clinic Partnership Consultation is the right starting point. If you're an individual looking for support around your own clinically supervised process, the Private Coaching Consultation is the one to book. The clinic consultation is 60 minutes and the private consultation is 30 minutes. Both are free and held online, so if you're still unsure, booking the consultation that seems closest to your situation is a safe first step, or you can simply reach out with a question first.

How do I book a consultation?

Booking is a simple four-step process: choose the consultation type that fits your situation, pick an available time from the calendar, enter your details, and confirm. You'll see your booking confirmed right on the screen. From there, a confirmation email and any further details will follow according to how your booking was set up.

How will I receive my appointment confirmation?

As soon as you complete a booking, your appointment is confirmed on screen. Once the email and calendar connections for the platform are fully activated, you'll also receive a confirmation email with a calendar invite and, where relevant, a Google Meet link. Until then, we confirm bookings by email, so you can expect to hear from her directly.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

To reschedule, use your Manage booking link to cancel your current appointment, then simply book a new time that suits you better. This keeps the calendar accurate and makes sure your original slot is freed up for someone else. If you have any trouble with this, you can always reach out to elaineswhitt@gmail.com or connect@bluewaterintegration.com and we will help directly.

Can I cancel an appointment?

Yes. You can cancel your appointment at any time before it's scheduled to happen, using the Manage booking link sent with your confirmation. There's no need to contact anyone separately, though you're always welcome to email elaineswhitt@gmail.com or connect@bluewaterintegration.com if you'd rather cancel that way or have any questions. This keeps the process simple and puts the choice in your hands.

What happens if I do not receive my confirmation email?

If your confirmation email doesn't arrive, the first thing to do is check your spam or junk folder, since it can sometimes land there. If you still can't find it, email elaineswhitt@gmail.com or connect@bluewaterintegration.com and we will confirm your appointment directly. Your booking itself is still valid even if the email is delayed or missing, since it was confirmed on screen when you made it.

Clinic Partnerships

Does the team work with ketamine clinics?

Yes. We offer integration coaching as a partner service to ketamine clinics, working alongside their existing clinical teams rather than in place of them. A clinic that wants to explore this starts with a 60-minute Clinic Partnership Consultation, where the patient journey, referral routes and how coaching would fit alongside clinical care are discussed. Any partnership terms are agreed individually with each clinic.

How can a ketamine clinic work with us?

A clinic that wants to explore working with us begins by booking a Clinic Partnership Consultation, a 60-minute online conversation. In it, we discuss the clinic's patient journey, where integration coaching could fit, referral routes, session structure, and communication and boundaries between coaching and clinical care. Any ongoing arrangement and its terms are then agreed individually with that clinic.

Why might a clinic use an integration coach?

Clinics sometimes look to add integration coaching so patients have structured support with preparation, reflection, meaning-making and practical change around their clinical process, in addition to the clinical care the clinic already provides. This can give patients a dedicated space to work through what comes up, without adding to the clinical team's own workload. Exactly how this fits a particular clinic's patient journey is worked out together during a Clinic Partnership Consultation.

Can a clinic refer clients to us?

Yes. Once a clinic and our team have agreed on a partnership arrangement, typically following a Clinic Partnership Consultation, the clinic can begin referring patients for integration coaching. The specific referral routes and how communication with the clinical team will work are agreed as part of that arrangement. No existing clinic partnerships are being claimed here; each arrangement is set up individually.

What happens during a Clinic Partnership Consultation?

The Clinic Partnership Consultation is a 60-minute conversation held online. During it, Our team and the clinic discuss the clinic's patient journey, where integration coaching could fit within it, how referrals would work, what session structure might look like, and how communication and boundaries between coaching and the clinical team will be handled. Any custom arrangement for the clinic is also discussed here, with terms agreed clinic by clinic afterward.

Who should book a Clinic Partnership Consultation?

The Clinic Partnership Consultation is intended for clinic owners, directors, or someone the clinic has authorised to discuss a partnership on its behalf. This ensures the conversation about patient journeys, referral routes and partnership terms happens with someone able to make or guide those decisions for the clinic. The consultation itself is free and takes about 60 minutes, held online.

Can the team create a custom arrangement for our clinic?

Yes. Every clinic partnership is set up individually, and a custom arrangement suited to your clinic's patient journey, referral process and clinical structure can be discussed during the Clinic Partnership Consultation. Terms are then agreed clinic by clinic rather than following a fixed package. This lets the arrangement reflect how your clinic actually works.

Contact

How does a clinic contact us directly?

A clinic can reach us directly by emailing elaineswhitt@gmail.com or connect@bluewaterintegration.com, or by using the contact form on the website to send a message with the clinic's details. This is a good route for questions before booking, or for anything that doesn't need a full consultation. For discussing a potential partnership in depth, booking a Clinic Partnership Consultation is recommended.

My question isn't listed. What should I do?

If you can't find an answer to your question here, the best step is to reach out directly, either by emailing elaineswhitt@gmail.com or connect@bluewaterintegration.com or using the contact form on the website. We will respond personally to help with whatever you need. This is also the right route for anything specific to your own situation that a general answer wouldn't cover.

I represent a clinic and want to discuss something specific. Who should I contact?

For clinic-specific questions, you can email elaineswhitt@gmail.com or connect@bluewaterintegration.com or send a message through the contact form, and we will respond directly. If what you'd like to discuss involves exploring or shaping a partnership, booking a Clinic Partnership Consultation is the best way to go into detail. Either route reaches us personally.

I am unsure whether I should book or contact us first. What should I do?

There's no wrong choice here. A clinic partnership consultation is 60 minutes. A private coaching consultation is 30 minutes. Both are online, booking one directly is a low-commitment way to get your questions answered. If you'd rather ask something first before committing to a time, emailing elaineswhitt@gmail.com or connect@bluewaterintegration.com or using the contact form works just as well, and we will help you figure out the right next step.

Google Meet / Online Sessions

Are sessions online?

Yes. Both the free consultations and ongoing coaching sessions, for clinics and private clients alike, are held online. Once you book a time, you'll receive the details needed to join, and a Google Meet link is included once the calendar and email connections for your booking are active. This keeps sessions accessible wherever you're based.

How do I receive my Google Meet link?

Once Calendar and email connections are activated, your confirmation email will include a Google Meet link for your session, along with a calendar invite you can add to your own calendar. Until those connections are fully active, we confirm appointments personally by email, and will make sure you have everything you need to join, including the meeting link. If you're ever unsure, you can check your Manage booking page or email elaineswhitt@gmail.com or connect@bluewaterintegration.com.

Can I add the appointment to Google Calendar?

Yes. Every booking comes with its own Manage booking page, where you can add the appointment directly to Google Calendar. You can also download the calendar invite file from there if you'd prefer to add it another way. This makes it easy to keep your appointment alongside the rest of your schedule.

Can I add it to Apple Calendar or Outlook?

Yes. The calendar invite (.ics file) sent with your confirmation, or available for download from your Manage booking page, works with Apple Calendar and Outlook as well as Google Calendar. You can download it and open it with whichever calendar app you use. This means your appointment can sit alongside your other calendars no matter which one you prefer.

Integration Coaching

What is integration coaching?

Integration coaching is structured support for making sense of a significant experience and turning it into lasting, practical change. It draws on high-performance coaching, behavioral science, emotional resilience and leadership development to help with preparation beforehand, reflection afterward, meaning-making, and building the everyday habits and structures that support what was learned. It is coaching, not clinical care, and it works best alongside, not instead of, the guidance of the treating clinical team.

What does the integration coaching role include?

The coaching role includes helping clients prepare for a significant experience, reflect on it afterward, make sense of what came up, and translate that into practical, everyday structures and habits. With clinics, it also includes coordinating session structure and communication with the clinical team, within agreed boundaries. The focus throughout is on the coaching and personal-development side of the journey, working in support of, not in place of, clinical care.

Medical Boundaries

What does the coaching role not include?

Coaches are not physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists or therapists, and the role does not include diagnosing conditions, prescribing or administering medication, advising on dosing, or setting or changing a treatment plan. Those decisions always sit with the treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional. Our coaching is designed to complement clinical care, never to replace or direct it.

Medical questions are always for your treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional.

Is integration coaching the same as medical treatment?

No. Integration coaching focuses on preparation, reflection, meaning-making and practical change, and is entirely separate from medical or clinical treatment. It does not involve diagnosis, prescribing, or any clinical decision-making. Any medical questions or concerns should always be directed to the treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional.

Medical questions are always for your treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional.

Is the coaching team part of my medical treatment team?

No. We provide integration coaching alongside your care, but she is not part of your medical or clinical treatment team and does not make clinical decisions. Your treating clinic or healthcare professional remains responsible for your medical treatment. The coaching role is to support you with the coaching and personal-development side of your journey.

Medical questions are always for your treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional.

Does the team prescribe or administer ketamine?

No. Coaches do not prescribe, supply, administer or advise on ketamine or any other medication, and coaches do not diagnose conditions or change treatment plans. Those matters are handled solely by the treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional. The coaching role is limited to coaching support around preparation, reflection and integration.

Medical questions are always for your treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional.

Does the team replace the clinic's existing clinicians or therapists?

No. Our integration coaching is designed to complement, not replace, the clinic's own clinicians and therapists. Clinical decisions, diagnosis and treatment planning remain entirely with the clinic's clinical team. Our part is the coaching and personal-development support that runs alongside that care, with boundaries and communication agreed with each clinic.

Is ketamine appropriate for me?

Whether ketamine treatment is appropriate for you is a medical decision that can only be made by your treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional, based on your individual health history. Our coaching does not involve advising on treatment appropriateness, and neither this website nor its chatbot can answer this for you. Please raise this question directly with your clinician.

Medical questions are always for your treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional.

What ketamine dose should I receive?

Coaches do not advise on ketamine dosing in any way; this is a clinical decision made entirely by your treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional. Our coaching role does not extend to medication or treatment details. If you have questions about your dose, please raise them directly with your prescribing clinician.

Medical questions are always for your treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional.

Can ketamine interact with my medication?

Questions about how ketamine might interact with other medications are medical questions, and we are not able to advise on them. Please speak with your treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional, who can review your full medication history safely. This falls outside the scope of coaching and outside what this website can address.

Medical questions are always for your treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional.

What should I do if I experience a medical problem after treatment?

If you experience a medical problem after treatment, please contact your treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional right away, since this falls outside what coaching or this website can help with. If it feels like an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately rather than waiting to reach anyone else. Coaching support does not substitute for medical care in these situations.

Medical questions are always for your treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional.

Can the team change my medical treatment plan?

No. Coaches do not have the authority or role to change your medical treatment plan; that decision rests entirely with your treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional. Our coaching runs alongside your clinical care rather than directing it. Any concerns about your treatment plan should go directly to your clinician.

Medical questions are always for your treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional.

Privacy

What information does the website collect?

When you use the contact or booking forms, the website stores the details you submit, such as your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, organisation and message, so that we can reply to you and manage your appointment. No medical records are collected through the website. This information is used only to communicate with you and handle your booking.

How is my information protected?

Information you submit is stored on the practice's own server, which is protected by authentication and encrypted while it's being transmitted. No medical records are collected or stored through the website. These protections are in place to keep your contact and booking details secure.

Can the website chatbot see my private information?

No. When active, the website's chatbot can only read published, verified, chatbot-approved questions and answers and published pages. It never has access to private notes, leads, bookings or draft content, including anything you've submitted through a contact or booking form. This keeps your personal information separate from what the chatbot can see or use.

Can the AI publish my information?

No. The website's chatbot cannot publish anything at all, whether that's your information or anything else. It can only answer using content that has already been published and approved, and when it doesn't have verified information to answer a question, it says so and points you to a way to contact us directly. This keeps its role limited strictly to answering, never publishing.

Does the chatbot provide medical advice?

No. The chatbot does not provide medical advice under any circumstances. If you ask it a medical question, it will let you know that this falls outside what it can answer and point you toward your treating clinic or a qualified healthcare professional. This boundary is built into how it works, not just a suggestion it follows.

Does the chatbot know everything about the practice?

No. The chatbot's knowledge is limited to published, verified, chatbot-approved questions and answers along with published pages, so there will be things it simply doesn't know yet, especially as this new practice's content continues to be verified. When it doesn't have a verified answer, it will tell you plainly rather than guessing, and it will offer a way to get in touch with us directly instead.

Private Coaching

Can I work with us privately?

Yes. Private clients can work with us directly, and the process starts with a free, 30-minute Private Coaching Consultation held online. This is a chance to talk through what you're looking for and see whether the coaching approach is a good fit. Sessions after that are also held online.

What happens during a Private Coaching Consultation?

The Private Coaching Consultation is a free, 30-minute conversation held online. It gives you a chance to share what you're going through or considering, and to talk with us about the kind of support you're looking for, whether that's preparation, reflection, meaning-making or practical change. It also gives us a chance to explain how our coaching works, so you can decide together whether it's the right fit before any ongoing coaching begins.

Who is private coaching intended for?

Private coaching is intended for adults who are going through, have completed, or are considering a clinically supervised process, and who want structured support with preparation, reflection, meaning-making and practical change. It is not a substitute for clinical care, and it works best when it runs alongside the guidance of a treating clinic or qualified healthcare professional. If you're unsure whether it's the right fit for your situation, the free Private Coaching Consultation is a good place to start.

Scheduling

How does the website know which times are open?

The times you see for booking come from the practice's configured availability. Once Google Calendar is connected, the site will also check the real calendar directly, so only genuinely open times are shown. This keeps the times offered accurate and up to date.

Which time zone is my appointment shown in?

The booking system detects your time zone from your device and displays all available times and your confirmed appointment in that time zone. This means you don't need to do any manual conversion, and the time you see is the time your appointment will actually happen for you. If you book from a different device or location later, it's worth double-checking the time shown matches where you'll actually be.
